The B. Braun Sheffield Sharks and B. Braun Sheffield Hatters are proud to announce that, in partnership with UTC Olympic Legacy Park, we have accepted invitations to join the EABL (Elite Academy Basketball League) and WEABL (Women's Elite Academy Basketball League) for the upcoming season. Both clubs are excited to work closely with BE to help develop the next generation of British talent with the region.
This exciting development creates one of the most comprehensive basketball and education pathways in the region, combining high-level basketball development with outstanding academic provision through UTC Olympic Legacy Park.

Leading the programmes will be:
Owen Norfolk – Head Coach of the Sharks EABL programme and Assistant Coach with the B.Braun Sheffield Sharks.
Tyler Gayle – Head Coach of the Hatters WEABL programme and Assistant Coach with the B.Braun Sheffield Hatters.
The close connection between the academy and professional programmes provides players with a unique opportunity to develop within an environment that mirrors the standards, expectations and culture of the professional game.
