Sheffield, UK - 17th February, 2026 - The B. Braun Sheffield Sharks announce the signing of Fahro Alihodzic for the remainder of the 2025-26 Super League Basketball season.
The 36-year-old experienced forward, hailing from Vlasenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina, joins the Sharks for the remainder of the 2025-26 season. Alihodzic began the season with BC Prievidza in Slovakia whilst also competing in FIBA Europe Cup, averaging 7.2 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1 assist in 18 games this season. Fahro has previously played in the UK, with both the Caledonia Gladiators and London Lions.
Fahro is looking forward to joining the Sharks for 2025-26, “I’m looking forward to playing in Sheffield for the remainder of the season.
